These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
To register and use the helpslo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: helpslo strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. All accounts are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned in accordance with applicable law. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on helpslo. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. helpslo reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
3.3 KYC Verification
helpslo is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or any other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may also be required for higher withdrawal tiers.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpslo login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. helpslo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified helpslo of unauthorized access.
3.5 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. helpslo reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank. helpslo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

helpslo is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. helpslo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review without prior notice.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by helpslo are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each bonus. 5.3 Bonus Abuse
helpslo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. 5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. helpslo is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original offer terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpslo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpslo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if helpslo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
helpslo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your helpslo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
helpslo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or at helpslo's sole discretion where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, helpslo reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, helpslo may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the helpslo platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent helpslo from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
helpslo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, helpslo will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice before the new Terms take effect, either by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of helpslo after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the helpslo platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
